Note:
The exhibitor schedule is subject to change until the final conference program is published. As a courtesy to all vendors, participants, and conference planners – we ask that your vendor table (staffed or not) remain “open” during all hours. You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of the application and payment. Please email amandacardwell@frontier.com for any questions.

WAEYC Exhibitor Packages
  • Package A: includes a 10’ wide by 8’ deep space with one 6’ dressed table and chair(s). Space is intended for exhibitors who have a larger display or need space for additional smaller tables or racks to display items. There is an additional fee for electricity, and/or meals.?
  • Package B: includes one 8’ wide by 4’ deep space with one 6’ dressed table and chair(s). There is just enough space behind the table for booth staff to sit/stand. This space is intended for exhibitors with information only or with smaller displays. There is an additional fee for electricity and/or meals.

Note: Accepted conference presenters receive a discounted rate to have a space in the exhibit hall. Please contact the conference coordinator Amanda Cardwell at amandacardwell@frontier.comif you need help registering for a presenter space.

Please Note:
There is a $16 per day parking fee plus Seattle tax and Wifi is included in the cost of your exhibitor space

The loading/unloading area is available for use only during move-in/move-out times.

At any time you can add additional booth staff at no extra charge. If you wish the staff to have meals onsite you will need to purchase these at an additional cost.

The WAEYC conference values our sponsors. Your financial contribution helps keep the registration fees for all participants as low as possible. Sponsors are acknowledged as such on the conference website, registration brochure, and conference program. Sponsorship benefits may include (depending on level) a complimentary exhibit package B, complimentary conference registration(s),  free meals onsite (for one staff) and participation in the Conference Planning Committee (if desired). WAEYC sponsor benefits begin with $1000.00 in financial support. If you would like more information or to explore conference sponsorship options please contact amandacardwell@frontier.com.

Community Resources

If you are interested in displaying materials (i.e.flyers, pamphlets, business cards) at the conference we offer the option to send your materials to the conference and we will put them at a community table free of charge. If you would like to participate in this option please contact Amanda Cardwell, AmandaCardwell@frontier.com.

Door Prizes
For greater exposure and increased traffic, we encourage exhibitors to offer prize give-a-ways! Prizes may be supplied by vendors. Winners should be announced at your booth at the end of each conference day. You select the prize, do the drawing and announce the winner at your booth!
